Welcome to AuraDrop! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AuraDrop mobile application and Apple TV application (“App”) developed by AuraDrop (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal iOS, Android, and Apple TV device(s) for your personal, non-commercial use.
2.1 Restrictions
You agree not to:
* Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
* Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
* Use the App for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party.
* Share your subscription access with others.
3. Subscription Services
AuraDrop offers premium features through auto-renewable subscription plans managed through Apple’s App Store and Google Play Store.
3.1 Subscription Plans
Subscription pricing varies by region and is
displayed in your local currency at the time
of purchase within the App Store or Google
Play Store. Current pricing is always
available on the AuraDrop subscription screen
within the app.
3.2 7-Day Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Important: To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. If you do not cancel, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee.
3.3 Premium Features
Subscription provides access to:
* High-Quality Sound Mixer: Create custom environmental sounds.
* Offline Playback: Use the app on airplanes or in areas without internet.
* Apple TV Support: Enjoy immersive rain sounds on your big screen.
* Ad-Free Experience: No interruptions during your sleep or focus.
3.4 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
4. Privacy & Data Security
Your privacy is our priority. As stated in our Privacy Policy, AuraDrop does not collect, store, or share any personal information, device identifiers, or location data. We do not access your microphone or record any audio.
5. Health and Medical Disclaimer
AuraDrop is designed for relaxation and entertainment purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including insomnia or anxiety disorders. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional for health concerns.
6. Content Ownership
All content within the App, including sounds, audio recordings, images, and logos, are the exclusive property of AuraDrop. You may not extract, record, or redistribute our sounds for commercial use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
