Welcome to AuraDrop. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use the AuraDrop mobile application and Apple TV application (collectively, the “App”).

By using AuraDrop, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

AuraDrop does not require account registration. We do not collect your name, email address, or password unless you voluntarily contact us for support.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we or our third-party service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device information (device model, operating system version)
  • App usage data (features used, session duration, content played)
  • Crash reports and performance data
  • General location data (country or region, based on IP address — not precise location)

2.3 Payment Information

All subscription payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. AuraDrop does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or payment details.

2.4 Microphone and Audio

AuraDrop does not access your microphone or record any audio. All sounds are pre-recorded field recordings played back to you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Provide and improve the App’s features and performance
  • Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
  • Diagnose technical issues and fix bugs
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Apple App Store — subscription and payment processing
  • Google Play Store — subscription and payment processing
  • Google Analytics for Firebase — app usage analytics (if applicable)
  • LivePush / Akamai CDN — live audio/video stream delivery

5. Data Retention

We retain usage data only as long as necessary to provide our services and improve the App. You may request deletion of any personally identifiable data by contacting us at the email address below.

6. Children’s Privacy

AuraDrop is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
